Meeting Booking System
APRICOT is using NIX.CZ's Meeting Booking tool as used by several Peering Fora to to allow APRICOT delegates to arrange meetings with each other in the provided Peering MeetMe rooms at the MWorld Hotel conference venue.
The Meeting Booking tool allows peering coordinators and other in-person delegates to arrange one-to-one or one-to-many meetings during the conference week, from 24th to 26th February.
The Meeting Booking tool is available as an opt-in option for APRICOT delegates. No delegate will be automatically added to the tool. The Secretariat is unable to assist delegates using the Meeting Booking tool make introductions with any delegate who opts not to participate.
APRICOT and NIX.CZ both undertake to not share the personal data stored on the Meeting Booking tool with any other party. After the event, the instance APRICOT is using will be deleted.
The term "personal data" as used in this privacy policy refers to information stored by the tool, such as the delegate’s photograph (if provided), organisation, position in the organisation, and email address. Email addresses will not be disclosed to any other delegate, even those using the tool to make meetings.
The Meeting Booking tool is designed to allow delegates to arrange meetings with each other via its web front end and notifications from the Meeting Booking tool to the recipient’s provided email address.
All in-person delegates attending between 24th and 26th February will be sent an invitation to register for using the tool. If the delegate wishes to use the tool, the invitation should be accepted as per instructions in the email. Otherwise the invitation can be ignored.
