Malaysia Emergency Response Services (MERS) 999
Malaysia Emergency Response Services (MERS) 999 is an integrated system combining the emergency services of five agencies which consists of the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia (FRDM), Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) and Department of Civil Defence (DCD) in one ICT platform to handle and channel calls and emergency information through one number, that is 999.
APRICOT Code of Conduct
APRICOT does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. If you are being harassed, or observe that someone else is being harassed, breaches of the Code of Conduct, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the APRICOT team immediately.The APRICOT team will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement to provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of APRICOT.If you need help:

Additionally, as APNIC 59 is run within the APRICOT event, APNIC also has on site several Trusted Contact staff and community members. They can assist you in finding help or resolution and provide an additional avenue to reach out to.APNIC Trusted Contacts will be wearing white vests or white badges, so that they can be easily identified and approached.
